Lending solution and business discussions with customer. Solution Workarounds, Review & Agreements with Customer, Manage project team and customer w.r.t. Finn One lending solutions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- BFSI Lending Domain expertise
- Understanding of lending industry best practices
- Customer Interaction on business Requirements
- Functional Design for the solution
- Product Configurations
- Work in tandem with Product Development Group & carry out periodic review meetings.
- Certify the product for functionality fitment.
- Creating Roadmap Information on Competing Products Banking Needs - Information (Opportunities) Internal Training / Knowledge Transfer to Product group, implementation group
- Creating Implementation specific Collaterals (BPM Documents/BRDs), Delivering Presentation and Demos, Solution
Architect Team
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
- BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA) or BACHELOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT or BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (B.SC.) or BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH.) or BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (B.C.S)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Project Management and Project Leadership Skills - ability to manage large and complex software projects.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Strong People Management Skills with the ability to lead large teams
- Knowledge of Products and business domain.
