Job Description:  The candidate should have well developed knowledge on B2B pricing and commercial management, and contribute towards effective pricing and commercial management activities to achieve commercial objectives aligned with business targets. The broad responsibilities will be as follows :  - Establishment of commercial principles, controls and pricing for sales proposals   - Proposal reviews and governance of commercial DoA   - Establishment of Commercial Plans and Controls   - Commercial contract drafting and contract change management   - Management of contractual compliance and commercial risks   - Establishment and operation of control to ensure effective financial management and maximization of revenue  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Mandatory requirement of pricing and commercial background with 6-10 years of experience  - Ability to understand and present the company's products and Services from a technical perspective as well as provide commercial overview of their value   - Mandatory requirement of Finance or commercial background and preferably an MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification with 5-10 years of experience  - Understanding of various B2B pricing models, commercial deal structuring and ability to identify risk areas  - Ability to understand and manage commercial contracts, draft contract Changes, identify risk areas and propose mitigation mechanism  - Exercise commercial judgment w.r.t sales processes and controls, cost-benefits, risk mitigation including contractual governance, relationship management  - Should have exposure to P&L, forecasting, utilization, able to perform financial analysis   - Good understanding and working knowledge in Excel   - Exposure to IT industry and understanding of products and projects/ services principles is desirable  - Strong leadership qualities, decision-making, people management skills, analytical ability, and the ability to drive   - Excellent Communication and presentation Skills, both verbal and written   - Ability to engage with senior management internally as well as of customer organizations  Desired Education:  - MBA from a premier institute  - Finance or commercial background will be a plus  Job Location: Noida
