We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.  Qualifications  - B.E/ B.Tech from a reputed college  - MBA from an esteemed B School (Preferred but not mandatory)  Skillset Required  As an Ideal Candidate, you should possess the following:  - At least 4 years of experience working in IT domain, with minimum 2 years of experience working as a Techno-functional Analyst  - Understanding of software systems is a must  - Experience on documenting detailed functional and technical requirements from the customer using Business Requirements Documents is a MUST  - Experience in requirements management and Customer interfacing  - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  - In the technical role, you should have had experience on documenting system architecture, designing Database scripts, and understanding the data flow across any software  Primary Duties and Responsibilities  - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions  - Partner with various teams, including the Business Expert, IT Project Managers and Support teams  - Extract implicit user requirements  - Create detailed business use cases and translate them into functional specifications  - Adhere to standard specification format like Use Cases, technical/functional specifications, functional test cases, user stories, UX & wireframes  - Act as a liaison between business users and the development team. Translate and distill requirements for the benefit of the development team  - Participate in Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing. Testing these and coordinating the user acceptance testing and final release into production  - Manage changes in user requirements  - Deep understanding of software development practices and concepts   - Travel, when required, to client locations to gather requirements and to deliver solutions
