Building Brands : Applies a significant knowledge of brand building to determine brand positioning, and manage brand architecture and brand equity

Setting the Strategy : Utilizes a working knowledge of strategy to determine the scope of the market, conduct portfolio mapping, and choose the path to brand growth.

Generating and Applying Customer Insights : Utilizes significant knowledge of customer insights to lead the development and execution of marketing plans that will enable the brand to set and execute a plan to meet its volume targets, share targets and overall business objectives.

Thinking innovatively : Applies significant knowledge of innovation practices to generate insightful ideas to develop new products and innovation across the marketing mix.

Creating Compelling Customer Communications : Utilizes a significant knowledge of customer communications to create insight driven communications programs and manage agency relationships

Activating the Marketing Plan : Uses a significant knowledge of activation to determine the desired growth behavior and manage integrated marketing planning.

Education & Experience & Other Attributes :

- Graduate with MBA preferable. 5- 10 yrs experience in relevant field is a must.

- Must be a pleasing personality having executive presence

- Need to possess good communication skills and proven ability to connect with leadership team

- Young, energetic and passionate to excel in the given function.
