Position/Designation: Sr. Manager - Business Development

Experience: 9 + years

Job Location: Pune / Navi Mumbai

Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, commerce, management or any related field.

JOB ROLE:

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a persuasive, comprehensible manner.

- Manage personal sales pipeline.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial unqualified enquiry to closure.

- Achieving sales targets.

- Creating a strategy framework for the company's activities in the concerned vertical.

- Establishing the company brand name in the select geographies and vertical with the help of the integrated marketing effort.

- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.

- Adhere to sales processes & methodologies and ensure accurate & timely data input in the customer & prospect database.

- Enhancing the revenue from existing customers and their affiliates.

- Understanding the customers- future direction and plans and championing this direction within the organization.

- Significant experience in B2B Sales.

MUST HAVES:

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Strong communication skills from an international business perspective (preferably US).

- Strong knowledge and exposure to Customer Care techniques and processes.

- Strong Sales background and selling abilities, exposure to US market, exposure to B2B selling.

- Good analytical and listening skills.
