CXO Level Opening at Last Mile logistics startup which is Pre-Series A funded by strategic investors

Job Responsibilities include

Leading the Operational efficiency of the business

Rigorous monitoring and performance management of large delivery teams

Strategize with the Business Development teams to develop a larger and premium client base

To understand and develop operations capabilities in the system

Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment

Someone with an experience of last mile logistics and ability to manage large teams/fleet.

People from top tier Engineering and MBA degree and experience at large startups would be preferred

Apart from the Fixed Salary the Person joining would be rewarded with a healthy equity (2x-4X of salary)
