Reports to (Job Title):Team Leader (TDD, Hyderabad)

Job Purpose :

The Training and Metrics Manager supports the business by providing L&D metrics and insights to maximize and communicate training effectiveness across the organization.

Major Accountabilities :

Training & Metrics Manager to liaise with Learning Project Manager(s), vendors and/or SME's to manage the end to end design and delivery of evaluation strategies, based on a Business need Man-ager to customize and manage a number of dashboards and reports via a learning analytics and measurement tool (MtM).

- Work closely with customers to develop and maintain business performance reports, dashboards, and analysis.

- Analysis of data to identify strengths and opportunities within the curriculum to effectively communicate training effectiveness across the organization

- Upon request, schedule classes and/or create custom surveys in measurement tool, collect evaluations and create reports with recommendations to Sales Training.

- Strategy development on the results of data insights.

- Develops, implements, and maintains evaluation strategies to measure and report on the effective-ness of training solutions (i.e. Kirkpatrick's Levels 1-4, KPI and ROI methodology).

- To support customer with learning analytics and measurement dashboards and to provide a comprehensive overview of the learning analytics tool.

- Partner closely with clients to analyze the execution and impact of learning solutions and pivot (or continue) based on results.

- Conduct gap analysis using multiple sources (e.g. Coaching Connection database) and other message assessment tools.

- Manage a complex stakeholder matrix and develop a process that ensures strong liaison, clear timely communication and effective compliance with sign off and approvals procedures.

- Validate processes and controls.

- Share best practice and coach trainers in measurement strategy and needs assessment.

- Applies project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure on time and on budget de-livery of training projects and clear communication with all involved stakeholders

- Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, work-ing collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and share knowledge and best practice

Key Performance Indicators:

Learning Analytics are implemented on time and as agreed with stakeholders and measured by feedback on implementation according to the agreed metrics. Evaluation to agreed level is implemented and indicates effective training.

Responsibility to manage the assigned operational area. Support contract negotiation with external vendors and deliverables with internal stakeholders.

Ideal Background:

Education: Strong academic background with a relevant business qualification such as CIPD or business based discipline, or equivalent. Project Management

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages an advantage

Experience: 3-5 Years of experience creating reports and validating analysis. Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5+years in corporate learning & development.3+ Years- experience delivering learning solutions in the Pharma or Healthcare industry, with extensive experience working on large scale complex projects involving multiple diverse stakeholders Knowledge of Andragogy and practice. Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time. Good understanding of financial principles including time value of money functions and their role in amortization. Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams within a matrix organization, Project management skills and communication skills.
