Process Excellence  - Drive the Novartis-Genpact Process Excellence agenda (goal alignment projects, Best practice sharing, continuous improvement, greenbelt and lean projects).  - Aim to achieve best in class process on outsourced activities, getting the benchmarks, identifying opportunities and challenging the organization  - Work with Novartis Global Process Owners, Process leads, Genpact Quality Champions, Novartis regions and countries to identify opportunities for improvements (process, compliance, IT), harmonize and standardize processes and better optimize the investments on outsourced finance related processes.  - Roadmap the deployment of such improvements following shared project management methodology.  - Support Genpact and organization on process standardization and compliance to Finance Core processes.  - Gain countries and divisional buy-in to roll out the improvements at local level considering their proposed solutions, the cost effectiveness, the functional efficiency and the customer satisfaction.  - Supervise and ensure the deployment projects ensuring the on time, on quality and on budget criteria are met by both genpact and local Novartis project team members.   - Lead the status report meetings and the overall projects governance.   - Ensure process excellence and productivity gains are materialized and gain is translated to Novartis billing.  - Supervise the daily Genpact on/off-boarding process and technology access requests leading the novartis in-house resource charged to deliver this task. Step in when additional direction is required and verify on regular basis the full Genpact headcount is reconciled with the Novartis network accesses awarded to them.  - Ensure Genpact engages proper staffing in Projects.  - Work with Genpact transformation lead to implement efficiency improvements within the Genpact organisation   - Lead major transformation projects in the way Genpact delivers services (eg, de-coupling project)  - Review and adjust continuous improvement and quality assurance measures.  Entreprise Asset Implementations  - Lliase with Global Process Owners and Group IT. Get visibility on roadmaps and tool implementation timelines  - Work with Genpact and Novartis global and local teams to ensure readiness of Genpact Operations on addoption of new tools  - Monitor and collaborate with Genpact and project teams to stabilize Operations after system implementation.  - Ensure Productivity linked to system implementation is materialized and FTE reduction is applied on Novartis billing (as per contract).  Education (minimum/desirable):		  - Higher degree in business administration/finances and/or comparable business experience 	 Languages:		  - English (written & spoken fluently)  - Any other languages are advantage  Experience:		  - Solid financial background and preferably financial ser-vices experience  - 10+ years should have been spent in an finance (BPA/FRA), auditing and/or business process re-engineering, IQP positions  - Worked international before, the best with diverse cul-tures  - Strong experience on BPO, Shared Services and in lead-ing transitions  - Strong PMO, Project Management and Change Management skills  - IQP/ 6 sigma experience  - Operational work in Finance before (practical knowledge of processes like AP, AR, GL, T&E, etc.)  - Additional experience in outsourcing or other functional areas is a plus  Tulasi A Human Resources Novartis Healthcare Pvt.
