Designation: Head of Continuous improvement and Quality, Center of Excellence (CoE)  Job Location: Hyderabad  Job Purpose:  Lead all efforts in the Global Team Hyderabad to ensure constant innovation and quality in all existing and newly formed processes.  Major Accountability:  Strategic leadership transfer projects and process excellence  - Designs, implements and executes a strong quality control framework across all engagements in the GBPA team  - Drives process excellence, standardization and automation and best-practice sharing   - Delivers productivity targets across all commercial operations and ensures balanced resource utilization across various groups  - Builds a fully aligned technology roadmap to harvest the benefits of the IT landscape  - Defines future scope for all commercial operations in alignment with global stakeholders  Operational management of the Hyderabad team  - Builds and leads the Continuous Improvement Team (up to 10 FTE)  - Works closely with the commercial teams to further innovate the delivery  - Collaborates with local IT stakeholders to define best solutions for existing landscape  - Builds strong business relationships with the internal customers and drives strong engagement with key stakeholders   - Organizes the team set-up and optimizes capacity utilizations within the team  - Consistently pushes the boundaries of existing work and scope for Hyderabad  Experience: CA / MBA - Finance   Blue chip Financial experience, - 10 years of professional experience required, ideally within healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry   Audit or consultancy background in renowned firm  Polished executive presence including C-Level communication (verbal and written)  Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills, experience of operating at a senior level and the ability to influence decision making will be critical to this role.  Experienced in leading teams to deliver outstanding results
