Job Description: North America Sales Manager (Embedded & Electronics)

Location: USA (Preferred location/ AREA :Detroit, MI / WISCONSIN/ ILLINOIS )

Responsible For Service Lines: Sales/ Business Development and Client Services for Embedded & Electronics services

Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Electronics/ Control Systems from reputed Institute

Verticals focus: - Automotive Embedded and Connected Vehicles

- Avionics and Embedded Aero systems

- Industrial Automation : Industry 4.0 [Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, DCS and building automation]

- Medical/ Pharma

- IoT / Analytics Services

Requirements

- Total 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded (for at least two of verticals specified above), pre-sales and client solution management.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferably with an Embedded & ELectronics service line. Managerial experience in client management, customer engagement and account mining.

- Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

- Experience in handling contracts and NDA's.

- Should have done at least 10 to 15 MUSD sales in Embedded area.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Bring immediate business from known accounts.

- Identify new clients(Must Enter Category) in the Embedded services for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.

- Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1- s) in North America in order to generate new business and to build relationships

- Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies

- Align to Embedded BU revenue targets for each Quarter.

- Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize business potential from each client relationship for sustained growth

- Manage account level governance for sustained growth and client satisfaction.

The experience level should be around 15 years. We are looking for hard core Sales people and not even Marketing or BDM. In Sales also, we are looking for a Hunter kind of profile.

Some soft points beyond the JD :

- Must be willing to travel extensively in US

- Must be willing to base in different location for extended time periods to convert big deals

- Must have CXO level connects in at least 5-10 Fortune 500 companies in US

- Should be able to hunt for new accounts and RFPs (must have good network and info channels)

- Should be able to fix meetings with CXO/ VP/ Director levels

- Should bring immediate revenue of 10 - 25 kUSD in this Qtr. and more than 2-3 MUSD in FY18

- Must have excellent communication, articulation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills

Looking from US only or if in India then should have H1B1 visa mandatory.
