The successful candidate will have the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to inspire and motivate the Noora team and leaders in the healthcare field in India to drive the change we wish to see.  Responsibilities :   Reporting to the CEO of Noora Health, the COO will drive external development with high level public and private healthcare partners in India and play a leading role in internal operations.  External :   - Be the primary lead on execution of Noora's expansion strategy  - Develop external partnerships with:  Government Partners:  - High level partnership development at the state and national departments of health  - Be involved in all stages of development - from initial scoping, agreements, negotiations, and execution  Private Hospitals:  - Attract private partnerships that further our revenue generating and business models  Other partners :  - Identify other novel partnerships or methods of distribution to further the mission - ie biotech/pharma, med education  - Partnership development will occur at all levels - while confidence to work with high level officials is a must, the humble charisma to work with all levels of administration in healthcare will be required.  Internal   - Work with the founders to create the strategic goals of the organization  - Serve as an internal leader of the organization:  - Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence  - Along with the CEO, coordinate the annual operations plan and budget  - Ensure that all teams are on track with their annual budget  - Bring external stakeholder (partner perspective) into overall strategy.  - Ensure the following segments/activities are in line with expectations from our partners  - Hospital Program Implementation - primarily managed by Chief of Services  - Training and Certification of Clinical Staff - primarily managed by Chief of Services  - Monitoring and Evaluation - Primarily managed by Director of Impact  - Content Production - Primarily managed by Chief of Design  - Tech Development - Primarily managed by Chief of Design  Key Qualifications :   - As a prerequisite, the successful candidate must believe in the core values of Noora Health and be driven by the mission. The candidate should demonstrate a passion for leading social change.   Other qualities should include :  - Excellent partnership development skills - experience in developing and maintaining high-level partnerships with both public and private organizations.  - Operational leadership experience - Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people; a team builder who has experience in scaling up organizations, ability to connect staff both on an individual level and in large groups; capacity to enforce accountability, and cultivate entrepreneurship  - General business acumen thorough understanding of full range of business functions and systems; ie. finance, HR, strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, information systems, and marketing  - Healthcare experience (specifically in India ) - Accelerate the ability to make an immediate impact on the team.
