Job Location: Pune   Job Profile:  - The person will be responsible for Business Development happening from India. Initially the markets will be United States and further scalable to Europe. This is essentially an offshore business development role and requires being in the office in the partial night shift. (upto 2 to 3 AM in the mornings)  If you have a stable career, you are welcome.   Job Description:  Developing new accounts for off shore / onsite projects, integration projects in the following domains:  a) Business Intelligence  b) Performance Management  c) Content Management  d) Collaboration and Search  - Industry experience in Healthcare, Insurance and Manufacturing  - Should have exposure on talking to Product companies, ISV’s and Consulting organizations for offshore development work.  - Should have exposure to application understanding.  Exposure of understanding of the following technologies will be an added advantage:  a) .net Framework  b) SharePoint 2010/2013  c) SQL Server 2008/2012  - This shall be a fully customer facing role.   - Suggesting topics for email campaigns for the calling team.   - Should be able to effectively liaise with the web research team to get the requisite details for customer interactions.  - Must have the art of making web based presentations and demonstrations.  - Should be ready to travel for extended periods to USA after the call campaigns for pre determined meetings.  - Understand the business requirements, upcoming projects and proactively scout for new projects with new clients.  - Penetrate deeper into existing account, map the entire account, and understand the requirements of each team.  - Build relationship with other teams in the account  - Ensure repeat business from the account  - Should possess ability to close deals worth USD 0.5 to 1 Million  - Proven track record of working on targets.  - Coordinate with proposal team for generating proposals in response to RFPs  - Coordinate with project managers and build a cohesive environment in order to team up for effective proposals.  - Ability to draw help from various resources in the company from time to time.  - Position Nitor InfoTech favorably so as to procure any new clients / new business coming from accounts developed by him / her.  KRAs:  - Ability to achieve sales targets between 1 to 3 Million USD  - Ability to strike effective relationships with fortune 100 organizations 	 Candidate profile:  - Educational qualifications : BE, MBA  - 8-11 years of experience in an IT company.
