Job Role

- Review and analyze Planning, Control and Manufacturing data.

- Audit test data integrity, quantify process, support reliability evaluation, support failure analysis.

- Maintain / reduce foundry stage rejection and customer end rejection.

- Development of items as per plan which will add production volumes in plant.

- Visit all customers & Suppliers as per decided yearly plan to have close understanding with customer & quality improvement.

- Carry out cost reduction activities like yield improvement, casting weight reduction etc.

- Achieve foundry production variable cost as per monthly targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of production

- Should have handled position of production manager in Investment Casting industry
