Responsibilities :   - Responsible for the P&L of the Bangalore order fulfillment warehouse  - Define processes for order management and backend   - Define SLAs and set up processes for timely fulfillment  - Set up warehouses processes and do continuous improvement  - Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure key metrics  - Streamline the complete logistics chain with full ownership of the process  - Managing expectations of various stakeholders business, operations, marketing, technology, legal, taxation etc  Experience and Required Skills :  - MBA from premier B-Schools (IIM/ISB/Nitie/SP Jain etc)  - 0-2 Year experience  - Process-oriented: You love the idea of interworking systems and structured processes.   - People-focused: You prioritize people above all else and understand that the key to our overall success is happy Supply Partners   - Passion: You are excited about your role and can see endless potential for impacting the lives of our stakeholders in a meaningful way.   - Analytical : Extremely analytical and make data based decision and contribute to continuous improvement  - You get shit done, no matter what.   - Start-up experience & entrepreneurial spirit   - Good communication negotiations skills are required.  - Willing to work in crazy startup environment  - Ability to work under high-pressure environment  - Ability to come up with lots of ideas and improvements on existing operations  - Ability to think deeply through scenarios & offerings
