About Ninjacart :   - We are a fast growing start-up, building next generation online market for fruits, vegetables, pulses and staples. We enable farmers and producers to sell directly to retail stores by providing a selling platform and assisting in warehousing and fulfillment.   - Our primary aim is to remove the middlemen, commission agents and auction agents in mandis and provide an efficient price discovery platform and supply chain for the producers.   - We have been funded by India's biggest VC firm Accel Partners (Portfolio Companies: Flipkart, Myntra, Taxi for Sure etc) and Qualcomm Ventures (Portfolio Companies: Xiaomi, Housing, Traffline, Portea etc)   - We are looking for exceptional individuals for the role of Financial Analyst.  Responsibilities :   - As a Financial Analyst, responsibilities will involve maintaining an effective financial analysis capability in the Organization that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance across the business.  - Partner and follow-up with the business/ functional teams for compilation and extraction of data and assist with analysis  - Validation of business critical data like revenue and costs  - Tracking of key performance metrics, and reporting them to the management to help them take strategic initiatives  - Help in management of development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools. Assist the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company  - Assist in analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures  - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis   - Provide complex, financial accounting and analysis for a financial function or a business  - Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making within a limited scope.  - Provide analytic support to business initiatives.  - Support policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.  - Identifies issues and proposes solutions to a more senior individual contributor or manager.  Requirement :  - MBA from Tier I Institute   - 2 year of working experience as an analyst in any Financial institutions or corporate  - Good knowledge of accounting skills and concepts  - Proactively identify issues/errors and problem resolution  - Good collaboration with all departments to achieve end results  - Good written and oral communication skills in English  - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously  - Data mining and extraction techniques (e.g. Excel, etc.).  - Detail investigation scoping and issues resolution  - Strong level of proficiency in use of MS Excel and prior experience in SQL preferred  - Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized  - Go getter attitude, ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
