The incumbent should have preferably worked in a large manufacturing organization or possess varied exposure in law firms.  Primary Abilities: Good understanding of general corporate matters and litigation with effective communication skills.  The main job responsibilities of the profile are as follows:  1. Provide legal support on all aspects of business operations of the Company.  2. Support routine corporate, real estate and operations related transactions of the Company with documentation and negotiation.  3. Handle litigation (mainly recovery/ IPR related on pan India basis) and arbitration.  4. Coordinating with the business units and with external lawyers.  5. Handle trademark, design and patent issues, including timely registration and renewal of trademark/designs and undertaking enforcement actions.  6. Handle compliance related issues arising out of legal metrology, labour and industrial laws.
