Job Description :   About Niki.ai (https://niki.ai) :  Niki.ai is an artificially intelligent personal shopping assistant. The founding team is from IIT Kharagpur. It is meant to be an automated messaging platform to simplify ordering experience for consumers. Currently available on Android, there is technically challenging work being undertaken here in the field of AI and also poses immensely exciting opportunities in fields related to marketing.  Major Responsibilities would be :  1.Planning, managing and executing all digital, social media projects and relevant activities with the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines   2. Working closely with key stake holders (internal and external) and be the go-to person for all current and future social media projects   3. Publishing of the content on Niki's social media platforms and reporting performance.   4. Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects of social marketing   5. Work with the top performing affiliates to maximize the company's earnings and incentivize them to deliver more (help with campaigns, offer promotions, creatives etc)   6. Find new top level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists etc and negotiate commercial deals with high-end Affiliates   7. Analyze affiliate performance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management on performance   8. Organize promotions for events, product launches, specials offers etc and disseminate relevant information to Affiliates   9. Work with key Affiliate Networks to maximize reach and promotion of Affiliate Programmes.
