NIIT School Learning Solutions (Nguru) is specialized business unit within NIIT with specific focus on Indian K-12 education space. We are a very young unit with the benefits of having an established parent brand, as such enjoy the best of both the worlds.

NIIT nGuru is a holistic School Learning Solution that comprises of Interactive Classrooms Cloud (an end to end Cloud-enabled Teaching Learning solution for classrooms that uses elements of interactivity, animation, videos and web links library); Interactive Classrooms @ Home (allows students to access lessons, submit assignments and collaborate with peers, all while sitting at home); Math Lab (State-of-the-art Mathematics Laboratory for schools which comes with Geometer's Sketchpad Software, Multiple Teaching and Learning Aids like, Manipulative, Measuring Instruments and Theme Based Ambience); IT Wizard (equips the students with core computer knowledge and IT skills) and Quick School (an Education Resource Planning solution for school management).

Role: Assistant Product Manager, Gurgaon

The role of the Product Manager is to own and lead by working with the Product Head to articulate, manage and deliver on the product roadmap including features, technology, integration, extensibility as well as on GTM. This is a highly visible position that will interact and influence at all levels of the Organization's. The brief Job description is,

- Build competency and make internal process changes to translate customer insights into product features.

- Create related product requirement documents with complete details of the implementation planned and wire-frame/prototype whenever needed

- Work with the designer to create the designs so as to finalize the UX aspect.

- Work with cross functional team for Development and final roll-out

- Develop business model and offering strategy to maximize revenue in the markets within which we compete

- Work with the sales and support teams to ensure successful sales and deployment of the products

- Manage and drive Product Business Plans and be responsible for GTM Strategy and Product line ROI

- Effectively communicate product strategy, plans and roadmap both internally and externally

- Be the product evangelist and explain the product features clearly and passionately to other team members making them equally knowledgeable and excited about the product.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years- experience as a Product Manager

- 1-2 years of web, mobile web and mobile app product management experience

- Should be associated with the product management of a technology product or/and in the e-commerce domain

- Proven experience and expertise in creating and delivering cloud based solutions for consumer facing mobile applications which need real time data analytics

- Engineering education - (preferably well-versed in software PLC)+ MBA from Tier-1 college (IIM/FMS/ISB) is a plus but not mandatory

- A sharp mind with good Analytical skills

- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English

- Outstanding computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Presentation and Microsoft Word - required
