Salary range - 5-9 LPA  Main Responsibilities of HR Business Partner  - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit  - Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level.   - Conduct pulses/ HR skip meetings with Employees and use data to highlight risks to employee engagement and morale   - Understand the pulse of employees by conducting regular meetings with employees.  - Drive Employee engagement initiatives & enable retention programs.  - Responsible for Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services, HR Processes & Disciplinary procedures  - Manages Grievances.  - Talent management, Performance Management  - Analyzing attrition/retention trends and recommending relevant course of action to reduce attrition rate and improve employee satisfaction  - Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side.  - Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Power Point and new age tools/apps/ communication channels.  Key Required Skills  - Previous experience in Human Resources Management  - Team Player  - Communication Skills  - Analytical and Problem Solving Skills  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self- initiative   - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
