NIIT Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager (Corporate Sales) for School Learning Solutions (NIITNguru) domain.

Location: Ahmedabad, Sholapur and Bhubaneswar

Experience: 4-9 Years

KRAs are:

- To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products "in allocated Territory

- Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory

- Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)

- To acquire new customer and upsell/cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets

- Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product

- Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory

- Account Management for Large and Premium accounts

- Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos

- To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners

- Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system.

- High energy/ Passionate.

- Exposure to local territory is a must.Ready to travel in the territory market 15-20 Days/ month…

- Be market, customer and solution oriented with a Positive Mindset towards "School Business"

- Resourceful, dynamic, strategic thinker and independent with Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen.

- Capable of developing and closing all kind of account independently with a Strong Process orientation and Relentless Drive to deliver on time.

- Self discipline and drive to achieve the biz results

- Well versed with Technology/ IT Apps "Hands-on" in Microsoft applications, Powerpoint usage etc..
