Role Description:

Designation: TA Manager Location: Mumbai Unit: Human Resources

Main Accountabilities:

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc-

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.

- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

- Develop and manage university relationship with various campuses as well as our association with Northpoint campus

- Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource

- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

- Manage the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent.

- Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on low cost channels.

- Guide, train, and mentor the recruitment team.

- Measures and analyzes key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educating our clients.

- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

Key Requirements:

- Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills

- 5 to 6 years human resources working experience (At least 2 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager

- Experience of working on recruitment analytics and the ability to measure as well as comprehend functional and team performance

- University relations/campus recruiting experience is a must

- Should have handled high volume hiring

- Strong project management skills and passion for working on various projects related to recruiting,recruitment marketing

- Manage large size multi location TA Teams/ Business

- Good influencing skills and mentoring capability

- Drive innovation in candidate attraction and process across multiple divisions and geographies.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment

- Ability to partner and communicate effectively with people across all levels of management and organization

- In depth knowledge of using a recruitment portal.

- Excellent communication skills and passion for exceeding client expectations at all times.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Education:

- Bachelors in Engineering

- Post graduate (MBA preferred)
