Nielsen - Field Manager - Defense/Military Background (0-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth functioning of all the projects handled by team by ensuring quality, time lines & cost.
Essential job responsibilities
- Ensuring proper project allocation to executives & freelance teams & monitoring the same in regular intervals.
- Should be involved with the executive & team for planning, briefing for the entire project on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that all quality norms are adhered by.
- Ensuring all supervisors & team are trained on MR jobs and aware of all MR norms.
- Continuous monitoring of the freelance manpower. Need to come out with innovative ideas of manpower generation to ensure continuous flow of manpower
- Ensure all accurate MIS format/data is sent periodically and timely.
- Ensure effective ways of costing and budgeting.
- Ensure effective query resolution.
- Should be a critical factor in developing a conducive environment for all his subordinates and ensuring a strong bonding among the team members.
- Identifying training needs and ensuring that critical areas of training are covered.
- Able to prioritize, produce and deliver quality work in a dynamic, ad-hoc environment with minimal supervision
