Position Description:

Reporting to the Country Manager, India, This position entails a high level of responsibility to define, lead and execute NEXThink sales and business activities in Mumbai, India.

The Sales manager will be responsible of developing the pipe line both directly and through partner network. He will be responsible on achieving short term sales target and building a strategy for growth.

Job Duties:

- Identify, qualify and execute sales opportunities directly or through channels to achieve agreed upon targets.

- Select and recruit new partners. Full ownership of partner’s relationship including training, delivery and productivity.

- Drive partner revenue to hit quota

- Coordinate marketing activities with partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

6+ years of experience in sales management of IT companies

- Experience with System Management solutions and/or Security solutions

- Proven experience selling software to large accounts

- Proven experience developing business activities for IT companies in the region

- Self-driven, self-sufficient person requiring minimum supervision

- Good technical background to understand IT teams and their needs in large accounts

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Willingness to learn fast, travel and meet people in multiple countries

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
