Job Description:   - Should have basic or working knowledge in the field of Debt Syndication / Private Equity / Merger & Acquisition.   - Role requires meeting and interacting with potential clients, investors and companies; Involvement in getting mandates as well as closing deals.  - Involvement in advising clients on their Business Model strategies, possible targets & investment opportunities.   - Identifying the key drivers for companies by analyzing revenue models, cost structures, and financial statements.   - Financial evaluation of various projects of clients, proposed business lines/plans, feasibility study etc.   - Research work on various laws related to Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax ACT, guide lines and rules thereof.   - Prepare Financial Analysis, Financial Models, Pitch Books, Information Memorandum, Due Diligence Report.   - Perform fundamental analysis, writing research reports, and determining fair values of a select group of stocks within a specific industry.   Qualification :   MBA Finance / CA / CS with relevant experience.  Desirable Skills & Competences:   - Strong Communication and Presentation skills.   - Hands on working style is essential. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.   - Well conversant with MS Office ( Excel, Word and Power point), good drafting skills.  - Traveling for business purpose as and when required at short notice within India.
