Founded and managed by alumni of the Indian Institutes of Management, New Rubric is an organization focused on personalizing education and delivering better results to learners in schools, colleges, test prep centers or companies. In short - anyone learning anything.

We could tell you that our platform is patent pending, that our solutions are much more than the shiny new technology they run on, or that they are based on some of the best thinking in learning, pedagogy and assessment. But that's not what we really like to talk about. What we are really proud of are the exciting things we do here and the wonderful feedback that we get from our customers.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will have:

- Fixed pay plus competitive variable pay for each sale made

What you will do:

- Own and deliver on sales targets in your region

- Generate leads through calls, personal visits and follow-ups

- Organize workshops and promotional activities

- Demonstrate our solutions to potential customers

- Communicate feedback from customers/ prospects as a input for product development & marketing

What We Are Looking for:

- Enthusiasm about concept selling and our product

- Candidates who have minimum 1 year experience in field sales.

- Has a motor vehicle to easily travel locally (Costs will be reimbursed)

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Tenacity to follow up a lead and close the sale

- Discipline & Integrity

Only applicants having a vehicle to travel locally will be considered.It would be an added advantage if the candidate has sales experience in Insurance Industry.
