The main purpose of the Job is as below:  Responsible for Sourcing of network equipment's Radio Access (2G/3G/4G), IP RAN, Transmission, Core etc.  Working closely with Global Sourcing Team in India to implement the best practices of Sourcing in Africa  Finalize Agreements and implementation of the same across all operating countries  Ensuring Transparency and enhanced governance in Network procurement.  Tracking Costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year  Key Deliverables:  Selection, Development and Management of Strategic partners  Create Efficient plans for Standardization and Sourcing Strategies  Conduct cost benchmarking - Rationalization to get economies of scale  Design programs to achieve targeted cost savings  Effective contract management (adherence to scope/ SLA's and KPI's of the contracts)  Management of Vendor expectations
