Job Description:  Role:   Responsible to deliver BI projects end to end  Manage Medium to large engagements   Manage complex deliveries effectively   Manage complex projects from all dimensions namely Timeline, Effort, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Delivery and Team Morale.  Capture customer requirements and provide viable solutions.   Convert business requirements to technical requirements.  Very good understanding of Business Intelligence/Performance Analytics/Data Warehousing solutions/Data Visualization.  Expert in data analytics and able to visualize the outcome in form of Dashboards.  Convert Business problems in to meaningful solution, provide insights to business.  Add business value propositions in all delivery  Should have strong client relationship skills and the ability to connect with both Business and Technology users.   Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team  Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team  Ability to communicate clearly and decisively with senior client officials  Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice  Structure business problems and design solution  Triage, allocation, and timely closure of all business requests raised through JIRA  Expected Behaviors  Independently applies problem solving skills to filter out ambiguities, identify root causes and formulate solutions.  Strong communicator with both team members and stakeholders.  Seeks to build relationships through pro-active approaches to onshore colleagues and stakeholders.  Grows knowledge through informed inquiry of onshore colleagues and using own experience with organisational processes and design.  Consistently develops team members "soft skills" & technical capability through coaching and support.  Demonstrates high standard of quality when delivering outputs/outcomes to the business.  Skill competency required  High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
