Job Title- Category Marketing &amp; Communication Manager Job Location- Gurgaon Head Office Experience- 6 - 7 Years Main Purpose of the Job: Nestle India Marketing and Communication team partners with business units and the ecosystem players including advertising agencies, platform partners and content creators to build brands and delight consumers in a digitally connected world by delivering best in class brand solutions. The Category Marketing &amp; Communication Manager is responsible to manage end-to-end marketing and communication value chain of key categories that includes collaborating with the business teams, agency partners and platform partners on the brand strategy and brand campaign development &amp; execution across paid, owned and earned media platforms. Key Responsibility of Role. - Collaborate with the business units to define the brand strategy in accordance to the Nestle proprietary Brand Building the Nestle Way process. - Work in full collaboration with communication partners in order to create engaging, business building communication for all major media channels including TV, Radio &amp; Digital - Work with the in-house digital content studio / other digital partners to define the digital content strategy and own the content execution calendar on identified digital platforms. - Work with in-house design studio to drive the visual design and identity specifically on product packaging and point of sale communication - Support the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies (including design agencies) in order to create engaging, business building communication. - Ultimate responsibility for the development of outstanding creative work 100 % aligned with Nestle communication principles. Work towards aligning both creative and media agencies/vendors on creation of content (including video assets &amp; websites). - Provides input on the POEM(paid, owned &amp; earned media) roadmap, championing the philosophy, tools development &amp; providing executional knowledge on best practice creating &amp; sharing of content - Drives Integration across communication functions including media and consumer engagement in order to build great brands and delight consumers
