Main Purpose of Job:  To build brand equity and ensure achievement of market share from unsuitable alternatives. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing the marketing plan. He / She will be responsible in identifying opportunities for Nestl- Infant Nutrition to strengthen the product offerings and create differentiated messaging  Key Outputs:  Build, drive and maintain brand equity by developing effective communication strategies that deliver brand objectives   Create a differentiated and compelling brand communication and engagement platform anchored on deep understanding of customer needs and insights   Effective P&L management   Monitor the market and the consumer (trends, insights) and to propose and lead the execution of activities (communication) which address trends and drive the category   Accountable and responsible for management of PFME for respective brands; To ensure good ROI for each planned activity   To lead new launches for respective brands and develop marketing support for market share building   Accountable for business updates for the respective brands (Total, Brand, SKU, Brand Portfolio) and recommendation   Key Experiences:   Over a sustained period of time has demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategy and delivering results   At least 2 Years Experience in Brand Management with 12 months experience in Sales   Experience in Infant Formula / Pharmaceutical / OTC Healthcare / Functional Food & Beverage; Experience in the Super Premium / Premium Category is an advantage   Experience of working in a complex, matrix environment with the ability to influence those outside the circle of direct authority
