CAs from 2013-2014 can be looked at.  Experience Required : 2-4 years in FMCG Industry  Full time or Part time : Full Time  Job Responsibility :  - Participate actively in feeding inputs for strategy development and support with comprehensive scenario planning to facilitate long term management decision making  - Work closely with Decision Support and Control in order to provide quality data within timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's for Integrated Commercial Planning activity  - Ensure quality financial information (incl. replacement costings, value pricing etc.) is used by the business for decision making supported with adequate external & internal benchmarking  - Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline including development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling and follow-up. Supporting NPDI Process with thought through financials  - Support / Actively Participate in the Monthly Business Planning Process. Accurate and timely Dynamic Forecast financials. Support decision making by financial evaluation of various scenarios  - Support Capex and Special Credit Proposals. Support Capex & Fiscal Optimization (Direct and indirect taxation)  - Finance reviews within the Business Unit : to create awareness regarding Business performance and highlight challenges and opportunities to the team leads within Business Unit  Functional Skills :  - Exposure to operations, Business finance, planning, reporting, Budgeting  - Experience in handling business analytics role  - Conversant with scenario planning, Business modelling
