NeoGrowth - Manager - Merchant Services - ePayment (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prospecting & signing-up of merchants in the SME & Emerging Enterprises Segments in various Merchant Categories by leading and motivating a small yet efficient DSA team in the designated territory.

- Field work to scope out profitable Merchant segments and relationships for offering the blended products & services offered by the company.

- Financial targets would be essentially focus on fee income revenues & bottom-line profits garnered from the merchants.

- Ongoing monitoring of business volumes submitted by merchants, and training/orienting merchants to avoid fraud risk are essential to ensure portfolio health is required.

- Regular portfolio review and deepening of existing relationships would be essential.

- Coordination and monitoring the activities of outsourced vendors with respect to terminal installation, deinstallation, merchant terminal service issues

- Pitching for NeoPos product to the existing portfolio and convert them into NeoPos merchants

Desired Competencies:

- Ability to understand and implement Merchant Acquisition Business

- Willing to take sales-driven targets and responsibility to bring in both numbers and revenues in the Merchant Acquisition Business, in terms of the gross rupee volume transacted by the merchants through the Merchant Acquisition Business services and value-added services offered by the company.

- Good leadership qualities and team management capabilities

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good interpersonal relations

- Decision taking capabilities

Technical Competencies

- Computer working knowledge

Qualifications:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized University.

- Fluency in spoken & written Hindi, English and at least 1 major regional language is a must.

- Knowledge of local markets is essential.

Experience:

- A minimum experience of 5 years in Merchant Acquiring Business working for a major Acquirer, Aggregator or Processor in India, with a thorough grounding in Merchant Acquisition Operations, with strong focus on Sales & Relationship Management skills to maximize share of wallet from the e-payments (Cards & other electronic modes).
