This company is backed by leading names in the investor world.   About The Role :  The company is looking at a young, dynamic individual to join the team as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.  This is a critical role where the individual gets to work directly with the Managing Director (also one of the Founders & Promoters of the company) and gets to view and learn about the company from the eyes of a MD & entrepreneur  The candidate will serve as the EA to the MD for 2 years and then move onto an operational role in the business. Please note the MD already has a Secretary and this role requires support to the MD on strategic and operational matters critical to the business.   Key Responsibilities :   - Support the MD in all daily operational & strategic matters as part of the MD's office   - Attend critical business meetings along with the MD and ensure timely closure of key actionables   - Organize & coordinate business meetings for the MD with key external stakeholders and help the MD in preparation for the same  - Work closely with the Head- Product & Strategy on strategic projects & business planning   - Analyze projects and business performance against business plan   - Build management reports & dashboards for business monitoring   - Support the MD & management in industry and current environment analysis relevant to the business   - Coordinate and manage press releases on behalf of the MD   Experience & Skills :   - Experience : 1 - 3 years   - MBA from premier institute - Tier 1/ Tier 2   - Strong written & verbal English   - Analytical bent of mind   - Entrepreneurial in nature   - Ability to work independently with minimum instructions.   - Excellent in financial & business analysis   - Project management experience   - Good in Excel & Powerpoint   Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
