We as an organization believe in diversity at work place and encourage women candidates to apply as well.   If the above excites you and you would like to be a part of a stellar journey, we invite you to explore a world of opportunities with us.   Role:  Learning & Development process:  - Develop the learning and development strategy for NEI by overseeing the learning and training initiatives and ensuring that the same are aligned to the strategic objectives and development of NEI.  - Conceptualizing, designing and supporting development of relevant behavioral and technical training modules and ensuring maximum training effectiveness.  - Monitor & drive entire learning & development process covering TNI, Annual Training calendar, Monthly training schedule, implementation of training calendar, monitoring of training effectiveness.  - Drive GET/MT on-boarding process and induction process for all new joinees.  Performance Management System:  - Set cross functional accountability to achieve organization scope and drive the lifecycle of the PMS like Goal setting, quarterly/half yearly performance reviews and annual appraisal process through the online Performance management system.  - Drive maturity in PMS process through strengthening the online PMS System and develop culture of the regular performance feedback by educating people on performance feedback.   - Provide full support to various functions in implementing the PMS process by facilitating modifications and troubleshooting on Job descriptions, scorecards and I-Bhar system for ensuring smooth operation of the PMS system.  Qualification/Expertise:   - Graduate in any discipline, MBA in Human Resources  - 12 to 15 years experience in handling verticals of L&D & PMS in a large companies preferably from engineering/manufacturing industry.  - Excellent understanding of the latest training and development concepts, Competency building  - Impressive personality, strong communication skills, influencing skills
