Navodaya Trading DMCC (NTDMCC) Group is a diverse natural resources developer of mineral assets, mining resources & forestry projects (manganese, granite-gneiss and wood) predominantly in African Continent. The Group's projects are located in Ivory Coast, Zambia & Gabon.
Position : OPERATIONS HEAD
Experience: 5-8 years
Location : Ivory Coast/ Gabon/ Zambia
Education : B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical background would be preferred)
MBA would be an added advantage
Compensation : As per industry standards
Job description :
- Responsible for smooth operations of various processes, plants, mine and the entire logistics chain.
- Perform special tasks as assigned.
- To prepare reports on the current condition of logistics and operations for deciding on the next course of action.
- To implement and execute a detailed project execution plan and to adapt this project plan to mitigate changes in the project risk profile.
- Implement engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality strategy.
- Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to strive responsibilities towards the optimal utilization of available facility resources necessary for the plant to provide the best service.
- Responsible for driving projects at all operational sites.
- Responsible for new project development in Ivory Coast, Gabon, Zambia & other African countries.
- This position reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for overall production,planning, process quality, coordination and execution of outsourced component production and delivery.
- Should be willing to travel to Dubai & Mumbai etc. as and when required.
