About our Client - Our client is a leading fashion retail player and has a strong presence in the Indian market. They are the market leaders in India and are expanding across the country at a rapid pace. They are looking for a National Visual Merchandiser to lead the strategy for their stores across India and help them position as one of the leading retail company.

Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Handling the Visual merchandising for all the stores across India

- Building your team of area merchandisers and motivating them to innovate and think out of the box

- Driving the business volumes across the stores

- Coordinating with the various stores across the country

- Identifying the market competition and building strategy to counter it

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be an MBA from a top tier B school with at least 7 years of experience in the retail/merchandising space.

- An ideal candidate should have handled team of visual merchandisers and should be working with a leading company in the fashion retail space. You should be experienced in working with multi-cultural teams.
