Job Description - Spearhead the Pan India tender business across private and government accounts

One of the world's largest medical device organisations, the company is a market leader in the segments that it caters too and is globally renowned for it's innovative products. With an already massive presence in India, the organisation is looking to further it's position as a dominant medical devices player.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Sole custodian of the end to end Tender Management process across all business segments

- Lead the entire end to end tender submission process in liaison with the procurement groups

- Work with internal & external stakeholders - procurement groups in getting the accurate specifications (technical), conducting the pre sales demo so as to ensure timely submission of the tender

- Build market intelligence based on the healthcare budget allocated by government to various upcoming new hospitals in order to build a robust pipeline

- Evaluate and determine the Go-To / Approach business model

Profile

Must come with a minimum of 10 years experience in the medical devices/medical equipment industry with a specific focus on managing the national tender business. Prior experience in working with large buyers - Corporate & Government Hospitals & Large procurement groups
