- Sales & Operations Planning at RSC (Regional Sort Center) level

- Track capacities of RSCs to reduce variation in demand and supply

- Plan for Peak Volumes: IT, 4M, Layout, Transportation, Stress test

- Transportation Tower Operations for Milk run Vehicle tracking in city

Work Closely with Sales, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain teams for order fulfillment against the Demand Plan

- Master Production Schedule of FG from RPDC & MRP on RPDC

- Aggregate Supply Planning for Sourcing RM from Manufacturing Plants

- Sales & Operations Planning at Plant and RPDC level

- Capacity Planning and Production Planning & Control at RPDC

- Track capacities of production plants & RPDCs to reduce variation in demand and supply

- VMI implementation for critical Customers
