- To design & implement the new sales plan, organize the work priorities, lead the sales team & sales activities to increase the sales volume and sales margins by high level of service to existing customers, generation of new customers and opening up of new territories, regions.

- To accountable for assessments of new sales opportunities and target markets, update the information on competitors strategy to enhance our sales team's performance by applying new techniques to meets the target datelines.

- To project monthly sales revenue & plan the activities of team efficiently by allocating them for respective locations to achieve the projected sales targets.

DUTIES AND SUCCESS INDICATOR :

MAIN DUTIES SUCCESS INDICATOR :

- To communicate & support the sales team to achieve sales targets and plans set by the management.

- Timely arrangement of Farmers meetings and technical seminar to educate the end users

- Resolve feed related customer complaints and communicate it to sales manager & QC to produce quality feed.

- To set specific sales goal and objectives for the team & communicate them for desired revenue performance.

- To collect payment timely

- To collect daily, weekly and monthly sales reports from the sales team and analyse it for sales performance improvement to forecast the sales volume.

- To maintain good relationships with the customers & generate the potential customers through references.

- Provide reasonable sales discount rates to dealers and customers after discussion with the management to enhance the functional effectiveness of business.

- To check & analyze the monthly, quarterly and annually sales revenue turnover & make the comparison between actual & projected sales revenue to achieve the targets.

- To consult customers for products feedback & services.

- To provide technical training to the sales team to give right guidance & suggestions to customers and farmers about the feed.

- Expansion to new areas

- Ensure all the sales targets & plans to be achieved & communicated clearly among the sales team.

- To create demand of your products among farmers

- Zero customer complaints with full satisfaction.

- Ensure clear communication & understanding of goals & objectives to accomplish the targets.

- To ensure no outstanding as per company policy and approval.

- Accurate & timely submittion of sales team reports for continual sales improvement .

- Ensure to increase the big volume of customers to achieve the sales targets with in date lines.

- Provide accurate pricing strategy to achieve the business targets.

- Accurate analysis of sales revenue turnover & obtain corrective actions to fill the GAP to achieve the targets.

- Full satisfaction of customers by providing quality products & services.

- Production of quality feed for increasing more demand in the market & to penetrate the Japfa feed in all the customers, farmers & dealers.

- To cover all districts of a state where company having presence.
