The organisation has a significant presence in India with a large share of the market and is looking to ramp up its commercial operations in India.
Description :
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for :
- Develop and lead the entire sales function across India for the molecular diagnostics portfolio
- Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the category by developing short term and long term marketing and sales objectives
- Develop of a strong and complete customer database in CRM with the sales team to support high growth in India
- Develop and manage effective customer relationships including key opinion leaders, senior managers and key customers in the molecular diagnostics industry
- Leading a large team on a pan India basis while ensuring efficient portfolio management
- Create market for new product launches while also driving the existing portfolio
Profile
- Must have a minimum of 12 years experience in sales and business development in the molecular diagnostic or the IVD industry. The candidate must have strong business acumen and should have led cross functional teams at a Pan India level or at least at a Regional or National level. The candidate must have an excellent knowledge of the molecular and in vitro diagnostics industries.
