Position Overview:  - Associate will be responsible for gaining the market share and achieving gross margin from the partners in the specified region by managing and driving a team of CRE's.  Key Job Functions/ Key Responsibilities:  - Should be able to drive P&L & ROIs for his division and therefore should have complete control and understanding of each line item that drives revenue and gross margin and also on each line item of costs   - Should be responsible for hiring and development of his team members according to the business plan.  - Responsible for achievement of individual and team gross margin targets, managing the team of CRE's and developing sales plan for the aligned territory.  - Should be responsible for reviewing RSMs / SMs on periodic basis to ensure business objectives are met.  - Responsible to drive various primary / secondary/ tertiary/ sell out related schemes and ensure timely compilation and settlement of market claims.  - Responsible for timeliness of order collection and execution.  - Responsible for manpower productivity planning and tracking.  - Responsible for planning liquidation hence should be able to understand the ageing inventory profile.  - Should be able to manage good vendor customer relationships at senior level.  - Should be able to manage large teams, review parameters, reporting metrics and frequencies etc.  - Add new potential big accounts in the division.  Key Skills/Abilities:   - Knowledge of technology products and distribution channels relative to assigned product category.  - Result orientated, motivated by success and achievement and ability to multi-task.   - Ability to persuade, develop business, marketing and sales plans.  - Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.   - Must be an enthusiastic leader, team player with an innovative approach.   - Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast moving and aggressive environment where key objectives need to be met on pre-agreed timescales.   - Associate coaching and development skills (i.e. providing constructive feedback and setting expectations of associate).  - Attention to detail, Time management skills and Organizational skills.
