National Sales Manager - Loans Against Card Receivables - Bank (12-18 yrs)
Position based with a leading private Sector Bank in Delhi/NCR
Main Requirements:
- The person should be from business background with 10 years+ of experience and should have handled Merchant Establishment Overdraft, product credit/sales at Zonal or National level.
- Minimum qualification required is M.B.A (or CA).
- Should have knowledge of Merchant Establishment Overdraft product and market practices along with market knowledge of Merchant Acquiring business.
- He would be based in Gurgaon Office and will report to me.
Job Description:
- To Hire / Train manage the sales team of LACR across India.
- To ensure FOS productivity by having proper sales performance metrics in place.
- Meet fee and book targets as per business plan.
- Will be the owner of P&L of the LACR book.
- Put in place the cross sell model to leverage IBL branch network.
- To manage the portfolio of LACR - Including renewals / collection etc.
- Manage and define sales processes and on boarding process of client.
- Co-ordinate with locations and other departments (like Operations and credit) and functions on day to day matters.
- Recommend new product variants in LACR based on market feedback and knowledge.
- Prepare and manage various MIS/ presentations for management.
