Position : National Sales Manager-LAP/Mortgage

Education : MBA/PGDM

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

Responsible for entire LAP/Mortgage business PAN India.

Responsible for setting up systems & processes for sales targets & delivery, recruitment & retention, manpower allocation as per relevant norms, training & development of team, capability building of field force.

Proper compliance & adherence to policy.

Meeting with customers to judge their repayment capability.

Effective Management of Outsourced Staff & Other Agencies (Legal, Technical, FI Agency, RCU and Operations).

Maintaining turnaround time (TAT).

Motivating and Driving Sales Force to achieve targets.
