National Sales Manager - Health care Finance   Job Description: Achieve sales budgets set for the vertical (assets and Liabilities)  Maintaining relations with manufacturers of Health care equipments. Generating business through manufacturers.  Tie ups with Corporate customers for funding of Health care equipment & other suitable business banking products  Collaborating with Corporate Finance & other business units within the bank for ensuring greater visibility and market share in Health care finance business.   Ensuring that the Sales team is aligned to the approved strategy for sourcing & relationship maintenance.  Manage profitability - Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels  Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets  Identification, hiring, training and retention of the desired sales staff at all levels  Develop and implement a performance management system and culture as per the KPI   Develop a formal monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analysed and improved   Monitor competitor sales strategy and develop plans to counter the same  Act as a constant source of feedback to product and programme team to aid in innovating the current product offering and launching new products  Monitor Volumes, Productivity, Weighted IRR, Cross Sell penetration and delinquency, exception, Service Quality, Product Mix, Channel Mix, Segment Mix, Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.   Implement processes as per policy.  Educate and train the team members on the policy requirement  Ensure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level  Ensure that business unit is always Audit Ready and Complaint with internal and external policies and regulations  Create a customer centric culture   Define, measure, monitor and control parameters that improve customer experience   Key Skills: Experience of Healthcare finance business, relations with manufacturers & corporate customers.   Experience in managing a sales team and detailed understanding of related sales processes and controls  Should have been responsible for a business delivery of a large region  Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with an ability to influence and drive outcomes  Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability  Good knowledge about Industry and Market conditions.  Good networking skills   Location: Mumbai   Required Experience: 12-18 yrs
