- Responsible to build & develop Sales Partners at PAN India level

- Accountable for Sales Partners performance and productivity

- Responsible for tracking sales partners for incremental business

- Designing & developing schemes to motivate sales partner

- Developing strong rapport with Sales Partners to know about market behaviors

- Have proven ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel sales partners accordingly

- Able to demonstrate ability to motivate, guide and push sales partners to drive volumes and growth
