Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for PnL of the division
- Divising sales strategy and planning for inputs based on the strategy.
- Sales Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting for all the products.
- Managing the sales for all India through network of distributors and the large sales team of 300+
- Managing Trade promotions, trade schemes & the entire BTL activities across the country.
- Managing the Go to Market Strategy & appointment of distributor & CFA.
- Responsible for achievement of sales target both primary and secondary.
