About our Client - Our client is a Swiss Engineering MNC with presence in over 140 countries. They have been present in India for over 50 years now with a turnover of over 1200 crores. They are investing heavily in their India operations with start of new projects to facilitate faster growth. We are looking to hire a National Sales Manager-Elevators for the growing organization.

Job Description : Key responsibilities include :

- Implement Sales Excellence Process and other tools for New Installation Elevators

- Request the development and/or adaptation of product, based on the market requirements

- Establish and maintain the sales price lists

- Support the branches for complex sales and product issues

- Coordinate the sales activities at Branches through war-room

- Design and implement sales training programs with support from HR

The Successful Candidate

- The candidate must be a B.E + MBA with a minimum of 12 years experience within the B2B engineering / manufacturing set up.

- Candidates from the Elevator/Escalator industry would be preferred.
