- MBA - Sales & Marketing with 10 - 12 year of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Strong experience in electronics Retail sales
- Sales & Marketing experience on national markets.
- Experience in product launch, channel development & distribution.
- Excellent team management skills.
As a DGM this role reports to Business head, operating from Bangalore at the national level, responsible for
- Sales planning by developing annual business plans, budgeting and forecasting
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in terms of values/ volume
- Appointing and monitoring distributors/dealers
- Develop, support, motivate and manage, supportive staff to overall efficiency
- Achieving of overall business objectives, analysis of market potential and competition strength and achieving the growth.
- Use of effective system to monitor and measure achievement and make changes and corrections required to adhere to the plan.
- Drive & manage sales in the country
- Strategic planning to increase sales and brand building, in new product launch
- Lead a team of sales managers & support staff
- Lead marketing efforts to create relevant demand generation programs
- Penetrate and understand customer needs and create more opportunities to sell
