- Guide and Coach the respective location Sales Managers
Competition Churn - robust action plan and corresponding execution to kill competition
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Development and Sales at a National level for PSU & Corporate sector
- Accomplishment of Yearly Revenue Budgets.
- Accomplish monthly target of adding New Corporate and PSU customer.
- Responsible for meeting branch wise Topline targets.
- Responsible for adding one high revenue generating client every quarter.
- Responsible for adding Key Customer Accounts
- Responsible for coordinating with Commercial for the rate negotiation and approved agreement.
- Mapping of accounts under the each vertical nationally.
- Understand the 'Key Business Processes' of the industry and offer end to end solution.
- Deeper penetration into the industry with focused approach.
- Building and strengthening strong relationship at top and bottom level.
- Market Intelligence.
Explore new stream of revenues besides conventional storage.
