Currently hiring for "National Sales Manager" profile in Delhi with a NBFC  Base location: Delhi  Product: Consumer Durable  Job Description  - Responsible for formulating, implementing and managing sales/product strategies for distribution of Consumer Durable finance Product across diverse geographies/channels/segments and in ensuring quality in service delivery in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled.  - Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and drive Sales volumes profitably across locations.  - Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and Channels at a National level.  - Increasing penetration in the market with starting up new geographies and launching special & exclusive schemes.  - Conduct regular and detailed business reviews to ensure that corporate strategies are percolated down to the ground level sales force.  - Measure the productivity and efficiency level of Sales Team and Channel partners closely and initiate corrective action as required.  - Ensure zero error in adherence to policies and systems including KYC guidelines and regulatory norms by the team as specified  - Liaises closely with Risk, Legal and Operations departmental Heads and ensure that the documentary standards are satisfactorily fulfilled.  - Interacts with external business community to promote company and business.  - Responsible for market intelligence regarding competitors and related activity, advises company management as to industry information and trends.   Note: Candidate handling Consumer Durable product in their current role will be preferred.
