- This role requires a deep understanding and hands on experience of Businesses loan segment (Self-Employed professionals), their financial statements and financial ratios as well as industry knowledge & market intelligence, to ensure that only credit worthy companies and firms are extended loans.
- Conceptualize and execute the Business - Sales and Collections Strategy for the Business Installment Loan segment.
- Establish robust performance measures and long-term business - sales and risk management goals for the organization.
- Enable high quality growth for the business to meet our strategic objective years.
- Increase market penetration and conducting sales promotion activities.
- Deliver a profitable Business in the Business loan segment.
- Build market share in each of the identified Business segments of the Business Installment Loan in the next 3 - 4 years
- Must demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of customer needs.
- Defining and implementing the defined business strategy to achieve the defined sales and collection targets and exceed the set revenue (P&L) targets.
- Designing and chalk out the sales strategy to achieve the targets and building AUM
- Building a robust channel franchise and network.
- Creating a demand funnel and alternate channels for lead generation.
- Maintaining profitability and portfolio quality in line with organizational objective.
- Identifying new segments and new markets to venture into and gain the first movers- advantage.
- Key emphasis on building a diversified and a high quality loan portfolio.
- Industry activities such as organizing / participating in events / seminars for creating awareness about the Business loan Product line with the prospective customers.
- Builds and leads a highly competent and motivated team of sales personnel at regional level who will be further responsible to build the area level teams
